A goulette (Gulet) cruise is the ultimate tonic - we know
of no better way to completely relax and unwind. If you wish,
you can lend a hand to the captain and crew, but all you need
to do is concentrate on taking it easy soaking up the sun
with something cool at your side; or lazing in the shade of
the aft deck with a good book. All cruises offer full board
and the cooks prepare variety of delicious local and international
meals. Goulettes also have their own bar for your favorite
tipple. Each cabin has a double berth, private shower/WC and
storage areas - not that you need to take much luggage with
you since life on an Aegean Yacht Cruise is very simple and
laid back and mostly all you require is your bathing things
plus maybe some sensible shoes, for expeditions ashore.
Traditional Turkish yachts are called "goulettes",
to someone who knows nothing about boats, the goulette is
a relic from the days of Christopher Colombus miraculously
survived. They are simple, comfortable and seaworthy. There
is the forward deck, ideal for sunworshippers and the generous
aft deck for lazy living. The cabins have double beds with
en suite WC’s and showers, The crew have separate quarters
with private facilities. The interior saloon is spacious.
The fully equipped galley has a full size oven and cold stores.
All ATB Tours Blue Voyage Vessels are
19 - 27 meters length. All cabins have en - suite WC &
Showers (hot&cold). There is a music set, VHF Radiotelephone,
GSM mobile phone and a dinghy on each yacht. The crew consists
of a captain, a cook and a deckhand.
