| Q: How do i recognise you
at the airport/port/meeting point?
A: At the airport a member of our company will be waiting
outside the exit door of the arrivals hall, after you
collect your luggage. He/she will be holding a sign
with your name on it.
Q: Am i travelling with a group on the tours?
A: If you book a tailor made tour, you will be travelling
on the regular transports according to your choice (Train/Plane/Bus)
but you will be with a small group on local tours at
the chosen areas this gives you an opportunity to meet
different people through your stay in Turkey. Tailor
made programmes are for individual traveling. This makes
the packages flexible to suit your needs and allows
you to travel with an organised plan but without being
herded around in a group.
If you book an Escorted Tour or one of the Anzac Tours,
you definately will be with a group, travelling on the
same transport vehicle and there will be a guide with
you during all tour package.
Q: I request a tailor made programme. How do
you organise all transports and tours at that much different
locations?
A: We have sister companies based in Capadoccia, Kusadasi,
Ephesus, Antalya, Pamukkale, Canakkale, Marmaris, Bodrum,
Ankara and all work coordinated. They will know at what
time and by which transport you will be arriving at
that location and be ready to meet you, to transfer
you to your hotel and organise your local tours.
Q: Why do i book a package?
A: By booking a package, everything is arranged to make
you holiday hassle free, you can save time and not have
to worry about booking accommodation, buying tickets
for your transport, finding your hotel when you reach
the airport and finding the right tour when you reach
the sites. As the travel agencies can get a better price
than the customer, packages also work out to be more
economical.
Q: Do you provide travel insurance?
A: Clients are advised to obtain their own insurance
for health and/or baggage loss while traveling. Insurance
is also recommended to provide coverage to clients if
refunds pursuant to the final payment and cancellation
clause below are unavailable due to the terms of that
clause.
Q: How do I pay for my tour, what is the procedure?
A: After we receive your request, we check the availibilities
at the hotels and on the transportation vehicles. If
all requested services are availabe for the requested
dates, we send our “Credit Card Authorisation Form”
to our clients.
We kindly request a 30% deposit to secure our clients’
reservations; the remaining 70% balance being payable
35 days prior to the departure of the programme.
Q: Do i get refund if i cancel my trip due
to illness or/and travel warnings?
A: We kindly request 30 % deposit on booking and the
rest is to be paid 45 days prior to departure date of
the tour. If a written cancellation notice is received
before departure, we accept the cancellation.
CANCELLATION CHARGES FOR LAND PACKAGES:
Unless otherwise stated in the contract, for all cancellations
we will refund the cost of your trip less the following
per-person charges.

30-15 days: 50% of selling price
14-8 days: 75% of selling price.
7-0 days: 100% of selling price.
Q: Do i need visa for Turkey and is it possible
to apply for visa at the airport?
A: Yes. We recommend that you acquire your
visa before you leave for Turkey. If you do not, you
can purchase your visa at the airport when you arrive,
the visa counter is located on the left side of the
passport control area as you pass through to the arrivals
hall at Istanbul Airport. You will need to carry Euros
or American dollars to pay for your visa as they do
not except Credit cards or Turkish Lira. There is a
ATM located next to the visa counter, however this cannot
be relied on. The duration of tourist visas for most
countries are for 3 months.
