| Day 1 |
SUNDAY :: Istanbul - Capadoccia (flight)
Pick up from your hotel in Istanbul and transfer to the airport for your flight to Kayseri (or Nevsehir according to availability). Upon your arrival, you will be met by your representative and transferred to Cappadocia. Stay overnight in Cappadocia.

| Day 2 |
MONDAY :: Capadoccia
After having breakfast at the hotel, we visit Pigeon Valley near Uchisar and then proceed to the Open Air Museum in Goreme through Avcilar Valley to visit the early Christian churches decorated with unique frescoes depicting various scenes from the Bible. After enjoying lunch in a restaurant serving traditionl Turkish food, we continue on to the Kaymakli Underground City, a place early Christians hid from their persecutors. We make a stop in Pasabagi in the Zelve region and Avanos for shopping opportunities of the world-wide famous handicrafts in the area. Overnight in Cappadocia.

| Day 3 |
TUESDAY :: Konya - Pamukkale
Early departure for Pamukkale. On the way we stop for a visit to the 13th Century Seljukian masterpiece, the Sultanhan Caravanserai. Arrival in Konya. After lunch we visit the Mausoleum of Mevlana, the world-wide famous mystic, and then to Karatay Theological School in which beautiful tiles are on display. Drive to Pamukkale, check-in to our hotel and stay overnight in Pamukkale.

| Day 4 |
WEDNESDAY :: Hierapolis, Aphrodisias, Kusadasi
Today we discover the ancient tourist resort of Asia Minor, Hierapolis, situated above the snow-white terrace basins of Pamukkale. Drive to Aphrodisias to explore the remains of the city, where there was a school of sculpture in ancient times. We also visit the stadium and the Temple of Aphrodite. Arrive in Kusadasi in the afternoon and check-in to our hotel. Dinner is served at the hotel. Stay overnight in Kusadasi.

| Day 5 |
THURSDAY :: Ephesus
This morning we depart from our hotel ready to explore the ancient city of Ephesus and it’s surrounding environments. Firstly, we visit the House of the Virgin Mary on top of Bulbul Mountain, an important pilgrimage site for people of all denominations. We then proceed to the ancient city of Ephesus where you will explore some of the best preserved theatres, fountains and buildings in the world. A definite must while in Turkey. After lunch we will make a stop at the Basilica of St. John. Stay overnight in Kusadasi.

| Day 6 |
FRIDAY :: Pergamon, Troy & Canakkale
Today the tour will depart for Pergamon where you will be able to view the Asclepion, a popular health centre during the period of the Greeks and the Romans. As you make your way to the Acropolis, the Red Basilica, originally a temple of Serapis can be viewed. The most spectacular structure of the Acropolis is certainly the theatre, a remarkable piece of engineering built into the steep hillside. After visits to the sites and lunch we depart for Canakkale. Visit the ancient city of Troy before arriving to Canakkale. Dinner will be served at the hotel. Stay overnight in Canakkale.

SATURDAY :: Gallipoli - Istanbul
After breakfast, cross the Dardanelles by ferryboat and drive to Istanbul, visiting Gallipoli along the way. The site of Gallipoli is historically famous for being the site of many battles - particularly involving the Allied Forces including Australians and New Zealanders during World War I. Arrival in Istanbul and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.
